Terms of Service
These terms explain what MAY provides, what it does not provide, and what you and the clinic can each expect. They are written to be read, not skipped.
Draft updated · 16 September 2026
About these terms
MAY is an online nutrition service run by a clinic. It consists of this website and a private client portal in which a nutrition specialist prepares your weekly plans, reviews what you record, and answers your messages.
These terms apply to your use of the website and the portal, and to any programme you buy through them. They work together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains what happens if a programme is cancelled.
Awaiting confirmation
- The registered legal name, legal form, registration number and business address of the entity that operates MAY and with which clients contract.
When these terms apply to you
Browsing the public pages does not create an agreement with the clinic, and nobody is asked to accept anything simply for reading them.
When you create an account, the registration page links to these terms and to the two related policies so that you can read them first. When you buy a programme, the checkout page asks you to tick a box confirming that you agree to the terms of service before you can continue, and it links to these terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy beside that box. Checkout cannot proceed until the box is ticked.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not buy a programme. You may contact us with any question before you decide.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- At checkout, record which version of these terms and of the Refund & Cancellation Policy the client agreed to, and when, so that the version in force for each purchase can be shown later. The service does not keep such a record today.
What MAY provides
MAY offers supervised nutrition programmes. Each programme has its own length in weeks and its own list of what is included, both shown on the programme’s page before you buy. Depending on the programme you choose, it can include:
- A nutrition plan prepared for you and published for each week of your programme, which you can read, download and print.
- One check-in per programme week, in which you record your measurements, lifestyle, physical activity and, if you choose, private progress photographs.
- A personal review of each check-in you submit.
- Private one-to-one messaging with the clinic inside the portal.
- In-app notifications about your programme, and charts of your own progress over the weeks.
Plans are written by a person for you. They are not generated automatically and are not a template issued to everyone. The service is delivered online through the portal; it does not include video consultations, phone calls or in-person appointments unless the clinic separately arranges them with you.
Awaiting confirmation
- The professional qualifications, registration and licensing of the specialists who prepare plans and supervise programmes, and how a client may verify them.
What MAY is not
This is important, so it is stated plainly.
MAY provides nutrition guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis, not treatment for any disease or condition, and not a substitute for care from your doctor. No particular weight, measurement, appearance or health outcome is promised, and none should be assumed from anything on this website. Results differ between people and depend on many factors outside the clinic’s control.
MAY is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to a hospital. Do not send a message through the portal or by e-mail, because neither is monitored around the clock.
Speak to your doctor before changing your diet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are being treated for any medical condition, take prescribed medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Tell the clinic about anything relevant: a plan can only take account of what it has been told.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions, including whether to follow a plan and whether to seek medical advice.
Who can use the service
The service is offered to individuals for their own personal nutrition programme. It is not offered for resale or for use on behalf of a business.
The platform does not currently ask for your date of birth or check your age, and no minimum age has been confirmed.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- Accounts are available to people aged 18 or over. A programme for someone younger is not offered through the portal until the clinic has decided how a parent or guardian would take part.
Awaiting confirmation
- The minimum age for holding an account and buying a programme, and the process for a programme supervised by a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
- Verify your e-mail address; the account cannot be used until you do.
- Keep your password to yourself. Your account is personal, and you are responsible for activity that takes place in it until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Tell us promptly at support@maynutriclinic.com if you think someone else has gained access to your account.
- Do not create an account in someone else’s name or use another person’s account.
The information you give us
Your plan is personal because it is based on what you tell us: your measurements, your routine, your activity, and anything about your health you choose to share. Some of this is health-related information, and it is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Please record real measurements rather than estimates, and tell the clinic about allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy and anything else that could affect what is safe for you to eat. The clinic relies on what you record and cannot account for information it was not given.
You can correct your profile at any time. A check-in you have already submitted is locked; if something in it was wrong, ask the clinic to reopen it.
Programmes, prices and currency
- Each programme is bought with a single payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal.
- The price shown is the price set for the market the service determines for your account. You cannot choose a market, a currency or a price yourself, and the currency is always shown next to the amount.
- When you buy, the price, the currency, the market and the programme’s length in weeks are recorded permanently for your purchase. If the clinic later changes a programme’s price or length, your programme keeps what you bought.
- The service does not offer discount codes, coupons or referral credits.
Awaiting confirmation
- Whether any tax is included in or added to the displayed price, and the tax registration details to be shown on receipts.
Payment
Payment is taken by a payment processor on its own secure page. MAY never receives, stores or processes your card number, security code or card PIN.
Payment confirms your enrolment. It does not start your programme: the clinic sets your start date afterwards, as explained in the next section.
The clinic can also record a payment made another way that it has agreed with you, such as a bank transfer, once it has checked that the payment was received.
This environment is a review version of the service. Payments here are simulated: no real payment is taken, no real card is charged, and no real money is refunded.
Awaiting confirmation
- The payment processor and payment methods that will be available when the service accepts real payments.
When your programme starts
After your payment is confirmed, your account shows that your programme is waiting for a start date. The clinic then chooses your official start date and schedules your programme.
On the start date your first week opens, and each following week opens on its own schedule. The plan for a week becomes available when the clinic publishes it.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- The clinic proposes a start date within 10 working days of confirmed payment, taking your preferences into account. If you are not ready to start, you can ask for a later date.
Programme length, pausing and resuming
Your programme lasts the number of weeks recorded when you bought it. That number is not changed afterwards, for you or anyone else.
The clinic can pause your programme and resume it later. A pause freezes the weeks still ahead of you; when your programme resumes, those remaining weeks and your expected end date move later by the length of the pause. Weeks you have already completed keep their original dates, and your history is never rewritten.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- You may ask the clinic to pause your programme, for example because of illness, travel or a change in circumstances. Pauses may total up to 28 days per programme; a longer pause is at the clinic’s discretion and will not be unreasonably refused for medical reasons.
- A programme that has been paused for more than 90 days without an agreed return date may, after the clinic has contacted you, be cancelled and settled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When your programme ends
Your programme is complete after its final week. After that, the plans from the weeks you completed and your recorded history remain visible in your dashboard for as long as your account is active.
The clinic may close a conversation once a programme has ended; a closed conversation stays readable but no new messages can be sent in it.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- Your conversation with the clinic stays open for 14 days after your final week so you can ask closing questions.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, the policy proposes a full refund if you cancel before your programme begins, and a refund for the weeks that have not yet begun if you cancel later.
In the portal today, the clinic records a refund against your payment. A full refund also cancels the programme; the plans from weeks you already completed remain readable.
Check-ins and reviews
Each programme week has one check-in. You can save it as a draft and change it as often as you like. Submitting it sends it to the clinic for review and locks it; if you need to change something afterwards, ask the clinic to reopen it.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- The clinic reviews each submitted check-in before it prepares the following week’s plan, and in any case within 3 working days of submission.
How we communicate
If you have an account, the main channel is the private messaging inside your dashboard. You can attach files within the limits the portal shows. Messaging is not a live chat and not an emergency channel.
You can also write to support@maynutriclinic.com about your account or these terms, and to nutrition@maynutriclinic.com about programmes and nutrition before you enrol. Please do not send card details or detailed medical records by e-mail.
Please keep messages relevant to your programme and treat the people answering them with the same respect you expect.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- The clinic aims to reply to messages and e-mails within 2 working days. This is a service target, not a guaranteed response time.
Awaiting confirmation
- The clinic’s working days and hours.
Your content and your photographs
What you record and upload remains yours. You allow the clinic to use it only to deliver and supervise your programme and to operate the service safely.
Progress photographs are optional. They are stored privately, never published, never used for marketing, and shown only to you and the clinic’s authorized administrators. You can delete a photograph at any time.
Only upload material you have the right to share, and never upload another person’s photograph or personal information.
Plans and intellectual property
Your nutrition plans are prepared for you and licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may read, download, print and keep them.
Please do not publish, sell, share or redistribute a plan. It was written for one person’s circumstances and may be unsafe for someone else.
The MAY name, the website, its design, text and software belong to the clinic or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you must not:
- try to access another person’s account or information;
- test, probe or interfere with the security or operation of the service, or overload it;
- use automated tools to access or copy the service;
- upload malicious files, or material that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone through the service;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or give false information to obtain a programme or a refund.
Suspension and closure
The clinic can disable an account that is used fraudulently, abusively or unlawfully, or where continuing would put someone at risk. A disabled account cannot be signed in to until the clinic reactivates it.
You can ask the clinic to close your account at any time by writing to support@maynutriclinic.com. Closing an account and deleting information are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- Except where immediate action is needed for safety, security or legal reasons, the clinic tells you why before disabling your account and gives you a chance to respond.
- If the clinic ends your programme for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, you receive a refund for the weeks that have not begun, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but it can be interrupted by maintenance, by a problem with one of our providers, or by events outside our control. No particular level of availability is promised.
Features may be improved or changed over time. A change will not take away what a programme you have already bought includes.
Services we rely on
The service runs on third-party infrastructure: a hosting provider, a database, authentication and file-storage provider, and an e-mail delivery provider for account e-mails. Payments will be handled by a payment processor. The Privacy Policy names these providers and what they process.
Those providers operate under their own terms. The clinic chooses them with care, but it does not control how their services run.
Responsibility and its limits
The clinic is responsible for operating the service with reasonable care and skill and for preparing your plans with professional care.
The clinic is not responsible for outcomes that depend on things outside its control, including how closely a plan is followed, information that was not shared with the clinic, or a medical condition that needs a doctor’s care, nor for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any responsibility or right that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Awaiting confirmation
- The limitation-of-liability wording appropriate to the governing law and applicable consumer-protection rules, including any maximum amount.
Electronic communications
By creating an account you agree to receive the e-mails the account needs: verifying your address, resetting your password and confirming an address change. These are sent from an automatic address that does not receive replies; to reach us, use support@maynutriclinic.com or your dashboard.
Notices about your programme appear as notifications inside the portal. The service does not send marketing e-mails, text messages or push notifications.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- The clinic gives at least 14 days’ notice of a material change, inside the portal and by e-mail. A programme already bought continues under the terms in force when it was bought, unless the change is required by law or is to your benefit.
Governing law and disputes
The law that governs these terms, and where a dispute would be decided, have not yet been settled for this draft; both are listed below and must be confirmed before launch.
If something goes wrong, please contact support@maynutriclinic.com first so the clinic can try to put it right. Doing so does not affect any right you have to use another complaint or dispute procedure.
Proposed rule — awaiting approval
- The clinic acknowledges a written complaint within 2 working days and gives a reasoned answer within 10 working days.
Awaiting confirmation
- The governing law, the competent courts or other forum, and any mandatory complaint or dispute-resolution step.
