How the weeks run

Your journey runs for this programme's own length, one week at a time. Each week opens on its own date, its plan is published when your specialist has written it, and you record one check-in before the next week begins.

The length recorded when you enrol is the length of your journey. If the programme's length changes later, your enrolment keeps the one you bought.

When it starts
